How can I place orders?
Tytan offers multiple channels for your purchasing convenience:

3. If you have an account with Tytan you can fax or email your order to your Tytan sales person.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
Order Status
How can I track my order?
You have two options to track your orders:
1. When logged in to your account you can click on "My Account" and then click the "My Orders" tab. To see more details of a particular order click the "Tracking" button next to the order.
2. You can also refer to your shipment tracking email where you will find a tracking number.
How long do you keep my order history?
All of the locations/orders are kept for the past 6 months. Once in "My Account Details" you can click on the "My Orders" tab to view all orders.
If I order today, when will my items ship out?
In stock orders placed by 2:00 PM EST normally ship the same day. In a rush? Tytan offers Expedited shipping by calling 877-237-9951 before submitting the order.

Is my online order secure?
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect every order. Also, our servers are located at one of the few PCI compliant hosting facilities in the world, just another measure we have taken to ensure the safety of our ordering system.
Why does tytanglove.ca require cookies?
We require them so that tytanglove.ca can recognize your computer, but the cookies carry absolutely no personal information. Our system merely recognizes your computer and displays the information that we have stored for you on our servers. This allows you to come back to the site without logging in, making for a more convenient online experience. If you do not want to take advantage of the cookies, just log off after each session.
Do you have more products than you are showing on your website?

What is my password?

How can I apply for tax exemption?
If you are a non-taxable customer, please fax your tax certificate to Tytan Glove and Safety at Fax: 519-826-6885. Include your telephone number and order number if applicable.
Is it possible to get a discount?
Tytan offers various price breaks:
1. Quantity Price Break - If you buy a full case of most items Tytan will charge you a discounted price.
2. Large order Quotes - If you make large orders on a frequent basis, you may be eligible for further discounts.
