Goods must not be returned without prior approval of Tytan Glove & Safety Inc. Returns are a case by case basis. Some items may not be eligible to be returned. Items marked as "Clearance" or "This item is non-cancelable and non-returnable" are non-returnable.

If the reason for the return is Tytan's fault or that of the manufacturer, we will rectify cheerfully and promptly correct the problem without customer expense. If the reason for the return lies with customer, Tytan will do everything possible to minimize customer's expense or loss. However, Tytan reserves the right to make reasonable charges for handling and restocking. Returned goods must be in first class saleable condition, solid case lots only. Clearance items are final and non-returnable.

Please contact our Customer Service department at 877-237-9951 to verify if goods can be returned. Once goods are approved to be returned you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Please note all returns must have a RMA#, otherwise the return may be rejected. All returns are subject to inspection. Write the RMA# issued by the returns department clearly on the outside of the shipping carton within 30 days of delivery.
