The Moldex 2300N95 Particulate Respirator with Exhale Valve is suitable for most welding, metal machining, and soldering and brazing applications. The exhale valve reduces hot air build-up, which makes breathing easier and helps workers stay cool while they work. The exclusive Dura-Mesh shell protects the filter media so it stays cleaner-looking for longer. The shell also resists collapsing, even in intense heat and humidity, allowing this N95 respirator mask to hold its shape longer so your workers use fewer respirators, lowering your PPE costs.
The contour-molded nose bridge with soft foam nose cushion provides an easy, comfortable fit. There's no metal noseband to adjust and the seal is maintained without pressure points. The Softspun lining is soft to the touch and gives your workers added comfort and durability during their shift, as well. These dust/mist 2300N95 Series respirators are available in two sizes to fit most workers and are NIOSH certified to have a filter efficiency of 95% or greater against non-oil based particulates. This Moldex respirator also meets flame and heat resistance in accordance with ANSI/ISEA 110-2009 Section 7.11.1. If used for welding, wear appropriate eye and face protection.
